Always ask yourself: will the book that you’re reading today help you advance your career? Be very clear about how you’re going to improve on them now. You need to look at the future and figure out the key skills that you need to develop and master in order to succeed. But if your purpose is to become the best at what you do and rule the industry in 10 years, you’ll push onward. If you want to read solely based on motivation, motivation will fade away really fast.
